Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@skymedicuk.co.uk with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Professional-use medical devices and injectables
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
