Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Next-day delivery on UK orders placed before 2pm; standard UK delivery takes 2-3 business days. Orders within the European Union arrive in 2-4 business days.

Is delivery free?
UK delivery is free on orders over £100 — below that, standard is £4.99 and express £6.99. Within the European Union delivery is free over €115 and €5.75 below.

Will I be charged customs or import VAT in the EU?
No. Orders placed from within the European Union ship from our parent company in Spain, so they never cross a customs border. There is no import VAT and no carrier handling fee.

Do you deliver outside the UK and the EU?
Yes. Delivery to the rest of the world is £23.99, calculated at checkout.

Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. All Skymedic products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
