Delivery to Europe

Orders placed from within the European Union ship from our parent company in Spain — not from the United Kingdom. That one fact changes everything about what you pay and how long you wait.

No customs, no import VAT, no surprise fees

Because your order never leaves the single market, there is no customs clearance, no import VAT collected at the border and no carrier handling fee on your doorstep. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Nothing is added later.

Cost and delivery time

Prices across the site are shown in euros. The euro figures above are converted at the day’s rate, so the exact amount is the one shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

All 27 European Union member states. Orders to the United Kingdom ship from our London warehouse; orders outside the EU and UK are quoted at checkout.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, to an address inside the European Union. Professional-use products are non-returnable once opened, for safety reasons. Write to info@skymedicuk.co.uk and we will arrange it.
